Price per night

The cost for Casa Sonrisa is a flat rate of $175 per night. 

Please be advised that a one-time cleaning fee of $175 will be added to your total. 

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation for the selected dates. 

The remaining 80% of the total amount is to be paid two weeks before your arrival. 

You will receive a personal access code for the front door two days prior to your arrival. 

We accept Check, Bank Transfer, Venmo, Zelle, Cash and all major Credit Cards 

NOTE: For payment with Credit Card 5% will be added to the total.

Condition for reservations 

Minimum stay 5 nights. 

No pets are allowed in the house. 

No smoking in the house. 

No parties or loud music.

Cancellation policy
