This stunning two-story house is located in the chalming Corpus Christi neighborhood of San Miguel, Cozumel. It is just a two-minute walk from the shore and conveniently close to several excellent dining options, such as Jeanie’s Beach Club, Portosal Italiano, and Mundaca Coffee Shop, which serve delicious paninis and cappuccinos. In the mornings, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shore, soaking in the serene island atmosphere and observing the first tourists disembarking from cruise ships. You can also take in the picturesque view of fishermen preparing their boats for a day's work at sea, capturing the joy of simply being present in such a beautiful setting.
At Casa Eugenia, you can arrange for a therapist to provide a massage on the spacious balcony, or relax by the stunning private pool while enjoying a spa day. Meanwhile, a personal chef can prepare a delicious meal on the grill next to the bar. 

For guests with a rental car, we provide a personal parking space at the back. Additionally, if you are a diver, we offer a dedicated washroom for cleaning and drying your gear.

We also provide a complimentary guest casita, increasing our accommodation capacity to comfortably host up to eight people, ensuring that everyone feels secure and exceptionally comfortable.

Description 

Casa Eugenia is ideally situated just a two-minute walk from the shore, a ten-minute stroll to the Ferry Port, and a fifteen-minute walk to the main square. The property is conveniently located across from the Chedraui Supermarket, and nearby you can find the Mundaca coffee shop along with numerous local dining options.

The main house features three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a guest casita offering one bedroom and a full bathroom. The open-concept kitchen in the main house is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, perfect for preparing meals for family or friends. The living room is furnished with two large sofas, a futon, a smart TV, and offers a variety of books and games suitable for all ages.

Outside, guests can enjoy a well-appointed bar area complete with a refrigerator, sink, and grill, as well as a spacious round table for six, providing an ideal setting for dining or enjoying cocktails at any time. The private pool and gated parking area are exclusively available to guests of Casa Eugenia. For diving enthusiasts, there is a designated room for washing, drying, and storing dive equipment.

The cost for Casa Eugenia, including the guest house, is a flat rate of $290 per night. 

Please be advised that a one-time cleaning fee of $175 will be added to your total. 

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation for the selected dates. 

The remaining 80% of the total amount is to be paid upon arrival. 

You will receive a personal access code for the front door and back gates two days prior to your arrival.                                                                                                              

Condition for reservations 

Minimum stay 5 nights. 

No pets are allowed in the house. 

No smoking in the house. 

No parties or loud music. 

No diving in the pool.

Cancellation policy

Guests get a full refund of their deposit if they cancel up to 24 hours  before check-in.
